26
How long will my flowers last?Under proper care, most cut flowers last 5–10 days. Roses and lilies typically last 7–10 days; seasonal wildflowers 5–7 days. We include a care card with every delivery with specific tips for the flowers in your arrangement.
27
How do I keep my flowers fresh longer?Trim 2cm off the stems at an angle, change the water every 2 days, keep flowers away from direct sunlight and heat sources, and remove any leaves that fall below the waterline. Adding a pinch of sugar to the water can also help.
28
Do you use preservatives in your arrangements?Yes, we add a professional floral preservative to all our arrangements. This provides nutrients and prevents bacterial growth in the water, extending the life of your flowers significantly.
29
Can I order specific flower varieties?Yes! If you have a specific flower in mind — a particular rose variety, a specific color of ranunculus, or any other specific bloom — write it in the notes when ordering or message us on WhatsApp. We will do our best to source it, or suggest a beautiful alternative.
30
Are your plants potted or cut flowers? We offer both. Most of our catalog consists of cut flower arrangements in vases or bouquets. We also offer select potted plants and succulents, especially in our houseplants and gifts sections.
31
Can I add a personalized message to my order?Yes! There is a card message field during checkout. You can write in any language — Hebrew, Russian, or English. We print or handwrite the message and attach it to the arrangement.

35
What if the flowers I want are out of season? We do our best to source out-of-season flowers, but availability depends on the market. If your preferred flowers are unavailable, we will suggest a beautiful seasonal alternative that matches the same style and color palette.
36
How far in advance should I book wedding flowers? We recommend booking 2–3 months in advance for small weddings, and 4–6 months for large events. Spring and autumn (peak wedding season in Israel) books up quickly. Contact us as soon as your date is set.
37
Do you offer a free wedding consultation?Yes! We offer a free 30-minute consultation — in person at our Netanya shop or via video call. Bring your inspiration photos and ideas, and our specialist will help you plan the perfect floral design for your event.
38
What's included in a wedding package? Our wedding packages typically include: bridal bouquet, bridesmaids' bouquets, groom's boutonnière, ceremony arch or chuppah decoration, table centerpieces, and guest table florals. We also offer reception entrance arrangements and cake flowers. Every package is customized to your needs.
39
Do you decorate Bar/Bat Mitzvahs and other events?Yes! We handle all types of events: Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, birthdays, corporate events, engagement parties, and more. Contact us with your event details and we'll create a custom proposal.
40
Can you match our wedding color palette exactly? We will do our very best. Bring us swatches, photos, or describe your palette, and we will source flowers and foliage in those exact tones. Some colors (like true blue or black) are not found in nature, but we can come very close with the right varieties.
41
Should I cut the stems before putting flowers in water?Yes — always. Cut 2–3cm off the stems at a 45-degree angle immediately before placing them in water. This increases the surface area for water absorption and removes any dried or calloused tissue that blocks the stem.
42
What type of vase is best for bouquets?A clean glass vase that holds the stems firmly works best. Make sure the vase is tall enough to support the arrangement without the flowers flopping over. Avoid metallic vases as they can react with the water.
43
Can I revive wilting flowers?Sometimes. Re-cut the stems under warm water, place the flowers in warm (not hot) water for 30 minutes, then move to a cool room. For roses, you can submerge the entire stem and head in cool water for an hour. This often revives mildly wilted blooms.
44
Are any flowers toxic to pets?Yes, some flowers can be harmful to cats and dogs — especially lilies (highly toxic to cats), tulips, daffodils, and hyacinths. If you have pets at home, let us know when ordering and we will create an arrangement with pet-safe flowers only.
45
How should I store flowers if I'm not giving them right away?Keep flowers in a cool room, away from direct sunlight and heat. In hot weather (common in Israel), a cool corner or light refrigerator (not near fruit — ethylene gas from fruit accelerates wilting) works well. Change the water daily.
46
Do you deliver to Tel Aviv and the Gush Dan area?Yes, Tel Aviv and the Gush Dan area (Ramat Gan, Givatayim, Petah Tikva, Rishon LeZion, Holon, Bat Yam) are within our standard delivery zone at 50km. Delivery to this area costs 150–200₪ depending on the exact location.

49
Can you deliver to military bases or IDF addresses?Yes, we deliver to IDF bases subject to access permissions. Please provide the full base name and unit details, and we'll coordinate with the relevant contacts. It's best to allow 24–48 hours for this type of delivery.
50
Is delivery available in Netanya itself?Of course — Netanya is our home. Delivery within the city is the fastest (often within 2–3 hours) and the cheapest, starting from 50₪. We know all neighborhoods well and deliver to any address in the city.
